My partner in travel, Elizabeth (Lizzie) has finally applied for a passport! Wooo!! It's such a rush to know that we're thismuch closer to traveling abroad. I have had my passport since last year's trip to Bali. I was, though, caught in that "too many passports, so little time and resources" government fiasco so I spent more than half of my day at the passport processing office in San Francisco.
I'm reminded of how happy I look in my passport picture. Irma Bombeck..... the title of your best selling book in the late 80s is wrong. When I look like my passport picture, I'm ready to leave home!
