We're planning more trips and we can't wait to share them with you. Sorry about the lapse in time between posts. It's been hectic.

Still, this is not a real excuse being that both of us have enjoyed some prime staycations lately!

ComicCon.....where the different are... um... not AS different?

Geeks and cosplay and stabbings. OH MY!!

Insanely enough, all of these things were all around the Con. I know that everyone wants to know about the stabbing. All I can tell you is that I wasn't in there. In fact, I didn't even get close enough to make it to the Hall H panel that day (even after waiting about 3 hours in line). I did, though, get these awesome consolation prizes:

   
















For those of you not as nerdy as I am, please meet Joss Whedon (on left) and Nathan Fillion( on the right). A crazy, random, happenstance helped along this chance meeting.

Thank you Hall H for filling up and assisting me in missing the following: Harry Potter 7 trailer, Ryan Reynolds, WB swag bag, pen stabbing, Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Sigourney Weaver, and Kevin Smith.

Thank you Hall H for : Joss Whedon, top floor suite with friends, Nathan Fillion, Cast of Scott Pilgrim, SGU Stargate Universe Cast (more specifically the awesome smelling David Blue), Seth Rogan and Natalie Portman.

ComiCon was more than amazing. It was an nerd nirvana that geeks like me blog about. I took it easy and enjoyed the experience.
